Join Mpowered’s CAA Numeracy Prep Evening Programme, a focused 5-day course designed to help develop a clear understanding of key numeracy concepts. Cancellation Policy
Mpowered – Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings with Mpowered are confirmed upon receipt of payment or confirmation of funding via Iwi or alternative Sponsorship. By booking, you agree to this policy. 2. Your Rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If services are not delivered with reasonable care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or are not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund. 3. Client Cancellations 7 days prior: Full refund or transfer to another Mpowered course. 48 hours prior: 50% refund or transfer. Less than 24 hours: No refund. Transfers may be considered at Mpowered’s discretion. 4. Non-Attendance Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee, unless deemed an unforeseen circumstance at Mpowered's discretion. 5. Mpowered Changes or Cancellations If Mpowered cancels, reschedules, or significantly changes a course, you will be offered a full refund or transfer. Mpowered is not liable for indirect costs (e.g. travel), except as required by law. 6. Transfers & Substitutions Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written notice. Date changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. 7. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. 8. Exceptional Circumstances Mpowered may offer flexibility in genuine cases (e.g. illness) at its discretion. 9. Fair Trading Mpowered complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and will ensure accurate representation of all courses. 10.
